Recycling is a single term that covers a broad scope of applications. One of the most obvious and pressing issues is the widespread and ongoing proliferation of plastic products – which are a huge contributing factor to global pollution, particularly in the oceans.

There’s currently a floating garbage patch the size of the state of Texas drifting around in the center of the North Pacific, and about 88% of it is composed of plastic.

 

Industrial yards are a key requirement for this industry, and are used for the storage, sorting, conversion, and packing of; scrap metal, plastic, paper, wood, electrical components, concrete and stone, automotive, heavy machinery – and all manner of other components that need to be aggregated & subjected to recycling as a means of diminishing the impact of waste generated from human commerce & technology.
