Mr. Rodriguez’s diversified background in engineering, business, and real estate provides him with a unique perspective and a solid understanding of the business world.
This empowers him with the diversified core skills required to both effectively initiate & successfully manage complex, large-scale real estate projects.
Mr. Rodriguez has been a leader in the commercial real estate field for the past thirty years, including nearly a decade heading up the Corporate Real Estate Services Division of the national brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.
As a top broker Mark Rodriguez has personally directed over $350 million in successful real estate transactions.
A Significant History
Since founding The Elden Company in 1995 Mark Rodriguez has spearheaded the development of several major industrial projects in both the United States and in Canada.
As a frequent consultant to national companies operations in the area of ‘big box’ distribution centers, Mr. Rodriguez has proven to be a crucial and indispensable resource in their ongoing research, business development, marketing, and sales efforts.
Over the course of his career Mr. Rodriguez has advised and consulted with a wide variety of top national and international firms.
These include General Foods Corporation, R&G Sloane Corporation, Ropak Corporation, Ernst and Young, Price Transfer, Allied Transportation, ARAMARK, Loma Linda University, NT Falcon Lock, Sumitomo Corporation, Union Bank of California, Mitsubishi Corporation and other top companies that all maintain a significant business presence in Southern California.
Mr. Rodriguez graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering
